Printer Settings
Controls the Zebra (ZPL) label layout used by Download ZPL in the Label Generator. Values are saved on this device/browser only — other computers keep their own settings. Units in dots, calibrated for 203dpi printers (8 dots = 1mm). Changing Print Width or Label Length auto-scales every position and font size proportionally — fine-tune individual fields afterward if needed, then click Save.

Test
Generates one sample label with current settings (sample data, not from inventory) so you can preview the raw ZPL before printing real labels.
Scan Tolerance
Controls how close a counter's entered quantity must be to the system quantity to count as a Match instead of a Variance. This applies server-side, to every counter's device, immediately after saving — unlike Printer Settings, which is per-device. A small allowance reduces false variances from minor measurement noise (e.g. a few mm or sqft); too large an allowance risks hiding real stock discrepancies.
Default: 0.001 (effectively exact match — no allowance)
